Title: How to Play PTwomic

Text: PTwomic consists of consecutive Games, which consist of consecutive Moves, which start with the selection of a Proposal (if a Proposal is available).

Anyone (without a current or most recently selected Proposal) may submit a Proposal to the Pool. It has a unique name that may not exceed 6 words or 60 characters, and text that may not exceed 111 words or 777 characters.

The Proposal may include actions that needn't form part of its text: removing Rule(s); and asserting precedence or deference to Rule(s).

Until it's selected, the Proposer may modify their Proposal, including its name and actions, withhold or unwithhold it from the selection process, and withdraw it from the Pool.
