Text: The Referendum on a Proposal is started thus: once the Proposal has been selected, its Proposer posts the Proposal and announces the start of voting. The Proposal may not be modified once it has been selected.

If the Proposer does not start the Referendum within 24 hours of the Proposal being selected, the Proposal's Referendum is treated as being finished, the result of it is 'undecided', and a new Move begins.
