Title: Tom Sawyer's fence

Text: Ratification starts whenever three people within 24 hours state that they want ratification to start.

During Ratification...

• Any person posting is a Ratifier;

• Ratifiers may post a GameEstimation, consisting of a proposed version of the text of each Rule, every Player's username, the Winner(s), and/or any other Things and Properties; and may express or retract approval for a GameEstimation.

• Ratification (at most 14 days long) ends when a majority (at least 3) of Ratifiers in the current Ratification approves a GameEstimation, and it's more than 24 hours since the last expressed approval for that GameEstimation: then, the approved GameEstimation (if any) replaces reality, for each discrepancy.

This Rule can be removed only if a Rule explicitly and specifically removes it, using its name 'Tom Sawyer's fence'.
