Title: Love Me I'm A Liberal 

Text: No post that includes a Vote on or an Abstention from a Proposal may be edited by the original poster. The Vote and Guess in such a post shall not be edited in any way under any circumstances by anyone. If any such edit occurs, the Player or Players that edit the Vote and/or Guess are penalised 10 Oranges, and both the Vote and any Guess associated with it shall not be counted. Any Player in contravention of this Rule shall not be permitted to Vote again for 24 Hours.
