Text: A Referendum ends either when a majority vote has been reached or, failing that, after forty-eight hours.

A quorate Referendum must have at least two 'for' votes or 'against' votes.

A majority result within 24 hours will see the Proposer awarded five Oranges and known as 'Hero of the People'.
