Text: All members of the Doctor Who Forum are Potential Players in PTwomic. A Potential Player may become a Player in PTwomic by posting in the Thread a request to join the game, by submitting a Proposal, or by voting in a Referendum. They become a Player with effect from the beginning of that first post.

A Player immediately ceases to be a Player if they post a request to leave the game or if they have not posted in a PTwomic thread for 32 or more Moves.
