Title: Wriggle Regularly 

Text: During each Referendum, a Player may Wriggle once. When a Player Wriggles, they lose 10 Oranges.

Wriggling consists of moving on to an (horizontally or vertically) adjacent Cell on the Board.

Players cannot move on to or through a Cell that is occupied by another Player.
