Title: The High Road II

Text: A Player may initiate a Skyway by announcing its Terminus Cells and unique name.

A Skyway's operational if there are continuous Cells, each with a section (size 0) of that Skyway, connecting its Termini (size 0).

Per Move, for a given Skyway, one section may be built in a certain Cell by two Players each paying 5 Oranges; and, later in that Move, additional sections of it may be built by – for each section – one Player, by paying 5 Oranges. For a given Skyway, any Player may not build more than one section per Move.

Per Move, a Player on an operational Skyway's Terminus may move to another of its Termini.
