Text: The twenty-seventh of each month (GMT) shall be Constitution Day. On Constitution Day, Players may reduce the cost of certain actions by including a unique rhyming couplet in praise of PTwomic in the post in which they announce the action. The couplets are recorded in the PTwomic History in a section called “Constitution Day Couplets”.

The affected actions and their reduced costs are: 

• Wriggling on the Board: 0 Oranges

• Mounting and riding horses: Costs in Oranges are halved

• Building a Skyway section: 0 Oranges

• Shifting a Rule on the Board: Cost in Oranges is halved

In these calculations, fractions of Oranges are rounded up.
