Text: A Player may take out a loan of a positive integer quantity of Oranges.

Loans may be repaid at any time, either in full or by integer instalments. Interest accrues at the end of each Move, and is charged at 10% per Move, rounded up to the nearest integer, calculated on the amount unpaid.

At the start of each Move, the median of Players' Oranges is calculated. No loan taken out before the start of the next Move may exceed that amount.

A Player may have only one loan that's not fully repaid.
