Title: Dalek

Text: Dalek, initially on a random empty Cell and holding a transmat gun, moves into a random adjacent empty Cell (unadjacent to any Players, if possible) at each Move's start.

After moving, with a probability of 0.5, Dalek fires the gun - if it has it - in a random direction.

If Dalek can't move, a random adjacent Player who wasn't the last to take it (if any) takes the gun. If they fire it, it's retaken by Dalek.

The gun cannot be fired diagonally. When the gun's fired, the first occupied Cell's contents in that direction are transported to a random empty periphery Cell (if any).
