Text: If a potential game Event’s describable as resembling a possible Doctor Who Situation, Players may create a poll in the Forum, having:

• Title beginning “PTwomic Fanwank Poll”

• Situation’s description

• Options “Fanwank”, “Not Fanwank”, arbitrary third option

• Non-secret voting

• One week duration

If, finally, “Fanwank” votes outnumber “Not Fanwank”, the Event’s Fanwank: PTwomic enters Fanwank whenever it’s occurred since PTwomic last entered Fanwank.

In each referendum during Fanwank:

• Players can’t vote directly – their ”Proxy” (any non-Player poster) votes on their behalf. Acting as Proxy doesn’t make one a Player.

• Players must identify their Proxy in the PTwomic thread

• Each Proxy votes exactly once

• If it ends in under 48 hours, Fanwank ends
