Text: Each Cell's Capacity is initially 3. Each Thing on the Board has a Size, for example:

Rule: Initially 0 for one Move, then 1, 2, and subsequently 3

Animal: 2

If a Thing may mount another Thing, the mounting thing adds no Size to the Cell. Things mount a Rule they own if they share a Cell with it.

If a Cell’s Size exceeds its Capacity, it’s overfilled. Any movement into or through a Cell that would be legal if that Cell were empty or unoccupied is also legal, and included in random selections, if it wouldn't overfill any Cell(s). Any movement that would overfill any Cell(s) is illegal.
