Text: If a Judgment is inquorate 24 hours after the selection of the Judge(s), a new random panel of Judges is selected, consisting of twice as many Players as considered the inquorate Judgment, or all Players, whichever's fewer.

The Player who invoked Judgment may not be selected as a Judge for any panel consisting of less than half the number of Players in the Game.
