Text: If a Judgment is inquorate 24 hours after the selection of the Judge(s), a new random panel of Judges is selected, consisting of twice as many Players as considered the inquorate Judgment, or all Players, whichever's fewer.

The Player who invoked Judgment may not be selected as a Judge for any panel consisting of less than half the number of Players in the Game.

A new Rule is created, with number 123, title “Pipe”, text "There is no Rule 123.", and deference to another new Rule that’s created with number 006, title “Rule 123” and text “Actually, there is a Rule 123.”, then this sentence is removed from this Rule.
